Bistro Le Papillon in Merzig

A small manufacture of good taste, real professionals are at work here. Today all meatballs I know have to be checked again, there is a new size! -> ALL FOOD TO TAKE AWAY <- Parking spaces right in front of the door make the "Bistro le Papillon" an ideal partner during the time determined by Corona.

Super delicious food, everything freshly cooked. The cook knows his trade! I can only recommend it, the best restaurant in Merzig. Every lunchtime there is a different daily meal. Always great, and for less than 10 euros. Nice service, always quick and competent.

After a hike, we spontaneously decided to go to Bistro Le Papillon for dinner and we found that we liked it very much. The salad plate has been freshly made beforehand. The schnitzel was freshly prepared. The medallions were served medium as I ordered. We can recommend this bistro and when we're in the area we'll be back. Service was very good. Very tasty and nice atmosphere, but not suitable for frequent visits on a smaller budget, because it is quite expensive.

Can expensive, it's all that has Positive, service ... Meh ... dish without too much flavor and not very original .. special mention to the "Parmesan" tasteless, grated in ridiculously thin yarn, which paradoxically makes it difficult to heat, ducoup bah .... it's parmesan without taste that has trouble falling out of the container and does not melt ... UNUSED! and interresting!

We ended up here by chance and keep going back there when we're in Merzig. Delicious food good prices ?

I have had good experiences with the bistro, except for one thing, the furniture could be moved back and forth more quietly.

I accidentally got into the "Pappillon" and was very pleasantly surprised. Simple but very good food (wonderful fries, fresh salad -no canned goods, crispy + juicy schnitzel) and that too at reasonable prices. "Pappillon" always + over and over again. We recommend.
